This place is situated in a lovely area, just a short walk away from a lively festival and the historic city wall. the location is fantastic, especially since it's right next to a striking Lion monument 🦁.

The location was magnificent and particularly good, extremely close to a Lion monument. We dined at a fabulous nearby restaurant with Swiss dishes. Thoroughly enjoyed our beautifully maintained rooms with ample lighting and the staff were best!

Pos: The service here is attentive, includes convenient parking, the rooms are well laid out and recently refurbished, and the bathrooms are marble-lined, creating a majestic atmosphere.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, allowing me to use the fitness and spa facilities before check-in and providing a wonderful tour of the area. The room was spacious and well-equipped, including amenities from Morton Brown. The breakfast buffet was superb, featuring real honeycomb and sparkling wine. The location of the hotel was perfect, opposite the railway station and overlooking the lake, making it convenient for sightseeing and shopping.

The location was stunning, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a covered wooden footbridge. There was a lakeside restaurant nearby. - We spent 2 nights in a well-appointed junior suite with a view. During our stay, we enjoyed two nights in a beautifully furnished junior suite with a picturesque view.

Lake view rooms. Easy walk to train station and boat docks. Included breakfast and great Wi-Fi. Excellent meals. Beautiful views of Mt. Pilatus. Large and comfortable rooms with tea and coffee provided. Corner suite with balcony overlooking lake. Spa with sauna, rain showers, and massages. Convenient location near Chapel Bridge, old town shops, KKL, and train station. Friendly and attentive staff. Outstanding experience. Would recommend.

We loved everything about this hotel. The location was excellent, with the hotel being close to everything. On a clear day, we could see the nearby mountains from the hotel, and it was right at the old town center. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The staff provided excellent customer service, from the warm welcome at check-in to the efficient and friendly check-out process. The breakfast offered was delicious and varied. We also appreciated the convenient parking and transportation options available.

The setting of the hotel is fantastic, located right next to numerous cafes, shops, restaurants, and nightlife spots. Additionally, there are plenty of attractions within walking distance such as the Lion Monument, the Old Town, Chapel Bridge, and Switzerland's picturesque mountains, hills. The rooms are exceptionally nice, some offering great views and a balcony.

had a fantastic long weekend in lucerne, and the Schweizerhof Luzern exceeded all expectations. central location, friendly staff, amazing lake views from the room. would definitely stay again!
