The room was bright and spacious, with a stunning view of the lake and some tasty chocolates waiting for us. I loved relaxing in the spa after a long day, and the steam room was such a nice touch too. The only downside was that the shower could've been a bit larger, but overall it was a fantastic experience. 😊

We had a fantastic experience during the Blue Balls Festival. The location is unbeatable, right on Lake Lucerne, offering breathtaking views of the Alps. Our grandson loved waking up to the sunrise and the friendly staff made our stay even more special with little surprises like chocolates and muffins.
In my wife’s opinion, the shower could be a bit larger for families. It was tight and made it challenging for washing up, especially with kids around.

Had an awesome time with friends catching artists at the Blue Balls Festival. The location is perfect, just a walk away from the lake. Rooms are comfortable and clean, and the shower was fantastic. A great breakfast buffet with plenty of choices too. Definitely a memorable trip!
We faced an issue with breakfast charges — it got a bit awkward when they tried to charge us, even though some in our group had it included. They took it off our bill, but it was frustrating.

I stayed in the Deluxe Double or Twin Room with Lake View, and wow, that view was amazing! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice shower. The bed felt great, and the whole setup was just perfect for relaxing after a long day. They even left us chocolates and nice treats, which was a sweet touch. Just wish they had a bit better cleaning service, but otherwise, it was a solid stay.
